What time should we arrive?

The workshop starts at 9.00 am. To avoid missing anything, students may arrive up to 20 minutes before the workshop’s start time to get settled and familiarise themselves with the other students. Please do not arrive before 8.40 am as we will be setting up and getting everything ready for your child to enjoy.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable clothes that they can move in (e.g., leggings and a t-shirt). We have planned to work on the aerial silks as part of the workshop, so please ensure clothing covers their legs for protection. Don’t forget to bring PJ-type clothes or a blanket for movie time!

Do I need to pack food for my child?

Yes- please pack enough snacks and a drink bottle for your child to enjoy during our designated breaks. We recommend easy-to-eat, mess-free options (Please see ‘Are there any food rules’ for clarification).

Are there any food rules?

Yes - to ensure a safe environment for all children - NO NUTS OF ANY KIND are allowed - NO SHARING OF FOOD between participants (unless siblings). Please pack food that your child can manage independently. All food will remain within the child’s bag for access at the suitable food breaks - this is to ensure no cross-contamination of food.

Will there be any other foods or drinks supplied to my child?

There is a water bubbler on site, should your child need to refill their drink bottle. During movie time, we plan to give each child an individual small bag of popcorn for snacking or taking home with them - this will be a pre-packaged item to ensure no cross-contamination from

How do I book?

Book online via Eventbrite. Spaces are limited and will close if we reach capacity!

When is the latest we can book?

Bookings are accepted up the last Tuesday before event unless we reach capacity before then. If we reach capacity, we will be closing bookings to ensure the students have a great time.

My child starts school next year, can they attend?

No- Unfortunately our current workshops are only available to students that have started school and are in Prep-Grade 6. However, keep an eye on our socials, to see if some mini-age workshops might be added at a later date.
